Tuesdays: 5:30-6:15 Kids/Youth Yoshukai (ages 6-15, all ranks) 6:15-7:00 Advanced Yoshukai (6th kyu and up, all ages)

Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30 Adult Yoshukai (16+, all ranks)

Thursdays: 5:30-6:30 Combined Traditional Yoshukai (all ranks/ages)
Classes are held at the Timken Community Center in Cowpens, SC, located at 180 Foster St, Cowpens, SC 29330
Upstate Yoshukai teaches traditional martial arts in a fun environment designed to help students achieve their personal goals.

Sensei Ben Dawkins is a 2nd degree black belt with teaching experience under Shihan Erik Hofmeister (5th dan Yoshukai/4rd Dan Kyuki-do) of the World Yoshukai Karate Kobudo Organization (WYKKO) and Master Ken Blumreich (6th Dan Kyuki-do/2nd Dan Yoshukai) of the American Kyuki-do Federation (AKF). He is dedicated to quality martial arts training in the community, and he looks forward to showing you how martial arts can improve your life!
